Company Principal, Rosanna Herrick, saw an industry in transition. To keep pace with the industry, she created a boutique production company offering her clients all the services needed to boldly take them into the 21st century. Town & Country Creative became a collective of talent to innovate, cultivate and lead the way into a multi-platform digital future.

"HER"STORY:
Rosanna Herrick began her career as one of the few women working for the PBS Network in the Engineering Division. With her technical background established, she found a creative outlet in Editing, and after establishing herself as an award-winning editor of non-fiction, documentary and educational television, soon was called to New York City. It was there in The Big Apple where she was influential in setting trends for On Air Promotions and Advertising, including her early work defining and branding “the MTV look”.
Rosanna cut with an A-List of talented directors, designers, celebrities – Phil Morrison, Mark Pellington, Spike Lee, Marcus Nispal, Ted Demme, Russell Simons, Norma Kamali, Pam Thomas, Lorne Michaels, Brian Belletic, Glenn Ribble, Glenn Lazzaro, Jon Luri, Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay…
Rosanna has been nationally recognized for her creative and technical excellence and her unique style of editing, winning a few Emmys along the way. As more and more clients came to recognize her talents, Rosanna was asked to produce and direct projects for them. It was then that she took the next step, and created Town & Country Creative.

- Launched Initial marketing campaign for what would become - mtv.com, then called "The Buggles Project" - Writer, Producer, Design, & Editorial

- Conceived and Directed Food Network's campaign "Windows on the World Sept. 11th Charity Event": Direction & Editorial
- Developed and Directed the Promo/Sales Campaign for The NBC Agency spearheading the transition of The Nightly News Anchor Tom Brokow to Brian William: Direction, Writing, Design, Editorial.
- Developed and Directed the first ever Mobile Series for MTV - "Sway's Hip Hop Owners Manual".

- Produced and Edited on Multi-million dollar Integrated Marketing campaigns for MTV, mtvU, MTV Tr3s and mtv2.
